About Us
Experienced and Trusted
Judith Lockwood (Director/Founder) has been involved in the jewellery industry for over 30 x years, with a successful background across diverse sectors, markets and leading brand names, family companies and large corporations, from luxury goods and diamonds, Swiss watches and Fair-trade metals, silver jewellery brands and manufacturing.
Judith is also a Council Member and Trustee of The Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council (GC&DC) which is a non-profit making Charitable Incorporated Organisation, founded in 1908. Their remit is “to encourage, stimulate and promote the pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship and design amongst all those in the United Kingdom who work within silversmithing, goldsmithing, jewellery and the allied crafts”. This is a voluntary role and it is both a professional and personal honour for her to be a part of this and give back to the industry she believes in and loves.
In addition Judith was appointed onto the board of the Company of Master Jewellers as Supplier Director in January 2021. The role being to represent all the suppliers to CMJ by being their voice and their ears, working with the board, the Head Office team and all the retail and supplier members.
Completing the Mesmeric Distribution team is Angela Lee and Micheline Graham who both bring great experience from the cosmetics, watch and jewellery industry. They both deliver the art of customer care and attention with genuine hearts, supporting through training and visual merchandising by going the extra mile and are both passionate about developing our retail partners. They are all about the relationship and listening and finding solutions for our retailers. Combined, I think we make a great team and you can ask our retailers.
Knowledge and Know-how
We know and understand the industry, we follow the trends and industry news.
Our network and contacts extend through the Independent buying groups, the Independent jewellery segment, the multiples, Independent department stores, concessions and large retail sites.
At Mesmeric Distribution we do not take for granted the importance of face-to-face visits with our retail-partners to continue to build strong relationships listening, improving service to our partners, supporting, responding, guiding, developing and learning with them every day. Their success is our goal.

We look to partner and work with like-minded individuals and businesses who have energy, passion, drive, love for the industry, enthusiasm and an eye for detail and opportunity in the market.
